Brittany White (now Brittany Whitehair) is from the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She graduated from Kent Island High School. Brittany attended Pepperdine University and earned her bachelor’s degree in history. Brittany was the valedictorian of her graduating class. She went on to attend law school at the University of Maryland School of Law and graduated in 2012 with honors. Brittany was admitted to practice law in Maryland in December 2012. After graduating from law school, Brittany completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Paul F. Harris, Jr. at the Anne Arundel Circuit Court. She started as an associate attorney at Hartman and Egeli, LLP (now Hartman, Attorneys at Law) in March 2013. Brittany is licensed to practice law in Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland federal courts. In 2022, Brittany joined the Army Reserves as a JAG officer. In 2024, she transitioned to the Army JAG Corps program and is currently serving as a Captain. She is on deployment until 2027.
